And the winner is…

November 24, 2009

Thanks to all those who posted testimonials! Although it was difficult to choose, I presented Amanda Bell (6:30 am camp) with a Fit Deck for her heart felt words of how boot camp feels like ‘family’ to her.   Thanks Amanda! Popcorn at the Movies? No way!

November 22, 2009

Colleen shared this article with me that she got from Canada.com. Thanks for sharing Colleen! When was the last time you scarfed down three quarter-pound cheeseburgers slathered in 12 pats of butter? My new favorite food!

November 12, 2009

I didn’t even know what kale looked like a week ago. I brought it home from the store and could not fathom how it could turn into it’s crispy goodness. I had to trust Danielle (Simply for Life) and Stacy Buckland that it would be my new favorite food. So I gave it a try [...]
