Hotel Workout
Hey, as most of you know, I always try to put up a travel workout that I did on the road so that you can do it at home or when you’re traveling.
My good friend, Lindsay Sampson-Vastola from New Jersey and I were roomies at the latest Fitness Business Summit in California and we had fun with this workout:
4 exercises: squat jumps, push ups, helicopters, lateral lunges
Sets: 25 reps, 20 reps, 15 reps, 10 reps of each exercise with a 1 min rest between sets if needed.
You don’t need any equipment or room for this one, just a boatload of energy and you’ll feel great with this overall body toner.
