What’s the 21 Day Challenge Diet?

I know many of you have been waiting for this…

I’ve been talking about the ‘Challenge Diet’ but I really should have clarified that it’s the ‘21 Day Challenge Diet’. I mean, who wants a MORE challenging diet?

Let me explain:
