I had two knee surgeries in less than a year to fix a torn ACL and was really out of shape and feeling down. Just wanted to give you a little update on my progress as I start week 2. I’m down 10 pounds, have done a 30-40 metabolism boosting/cardio/weights/floor workout everyday and a run (usually 30 minutes). So all in all it’s going well.
The food plan is pretty good – a little sparse some days and I have to admit – the weekend was hard with lots of dinners out and hosting a big brunch – but at least I’m more or less on track.The workouts are good, but I’m not up on all the names and descriptions, so find it a little hard to transition from one exercise to another if I have to stop and look it up in the library. So more studying of the exercise library needed by me…
