<h4>The big take away I get from any pantry raid is a reminder that when crappy food isn&#8217;t available, you&#8217;re less likely to eat it.</h4>

<h4>It takes more effort to get into our car, or walk to the store to buy it. During that time, you can pretty much talk yourself out of poor eating choices.</h4>
<h4></h4>
<h4>Studies show that those that document their nutrition by recording it in a journal have more successful weight loss and maintenance.</h4>
<h4></h4>
<h4>Just a thought&#8230;Keep a food journal; if you want to put it in your mouth, you need to record it first. This eliminates mindless eating.</h4>
<h4></h4>
<h4>Clearly the majority of us know what we SHOULD  be eating, it&#8217;s a matter of consistent application of what we already know&#8230;</h4>
