I can’t wait until we do some kettle bell classes at camp!! I’m super excited to do it (I loved the one I did with Belinda last year!).
@Jolleen, We’ll see about adapting and adding some kettle bell moves to boot camp.

I went through every emotion related to starting a new workout program this week. I was excited on Monday, sore but determined on Tuesday, exhausted on Wednesday and today super tight and relieved that tomorrow I can sleep in :0
I’m looking forward to next week and mentally ready to push myself again.
