Cool Towel Circuit

Remember that old towel we used last week?

Get it out and we’ll use it again for this cool little circuit.

I find that many ladies have weak hamstrings. Not only is this functionally detrimental, but ascetically , the legs look much nicer when you can see a nice sweep to the hamstrings rather than have the legs go from butt to ankle without any shape.

Use a timer: 20 sec of work with 10 sec to rest and transition
