I signed up yesterday for the 14 day fat flush? I am receiving the workout emails. Should there be more, diet plan, downloads etc. I never received anything else? Could you please let me know. I Did email you this morning, you might not of had a chance to respond yet. Just excited to get started.

I would lke the 14 day flush. I already am a Gold member, so I don’t need the Ultamite Package, since I already have it. Is there a way to just get the Flush resouce?

The membership gives you access to extra posts and more information. You can tell what a membership post is by the tag (it will have ‘membership’ listed), or you can search membership posts in the search bar. There’s over a year of content, articles, interviews, workouts etc. on the membership side of the blog. To you, as a member, you just get access if you’re already signed in. For others, it will ask for their log in credentials as the content is hidden. Thanks for asking so others will know the difference as well.
